Commercial Roofing
Modified bitumen (mod-bit) is still the best choice for high-traffic commercial roofs in Ashkum. We torch-apply SBS-modified base and cap sheets over properly primed concrete or approved decking. Two-ply mod-bit systems carry 20-year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranties through GAF, Firestone, or Johns Manville. NRCA member. We follow the manual.
Gutter Installation
